E.L.F. Tutorial: Purple and Red

Hey Guys,

I recently uploaded a video on my channel but I forgot about adding pictures to the video. (Dum-Dum), LOL. It is a really bold, look and steps out of my comfort zone because of the red in my crease. So the palette I used for this look is to the left. It is the Luxe palette from E.L.F Brightening Eye Color, it came in a set so that's why the colors are square instead of triangles.

Swatches:
without flash with flash

Products used:
E.L.F Brightening Eye Color in Luxe $1.00
E.L.F. Brightening Eye Liner in Plum $1.00
Wet n Wild Mega Eyes Creme Eyeliner in Black $3.99
Covergirl LashBlast Mega Volume in Black $7.79
Avon Wash-Off Waterproof in Black $6.50
EOS Lipbalm in Summer Fruit $3.49
Lancome Color Fever Shine Lipstick in Natural Glimmers (I got it at Marshalls so i don't know)
Avon Glazewear Sparkle in Mocha Latte $6.00

I also mentioned that I have found some swatches using the 88 warm palette. The letter is the Colomn from left to right. The number is the row from top to bottom, so here they go:
Beige color- D5Purple Color-I6
Red Color-I3
Brown Color-F7Make sure to check out my youtube channel for a tutorial on this look. It is very easy simple and quick
Purple and red!

Plumberry Delight

Hello beautybeginners,

So last night, I was playing around with makeup and came up with this look.
It's a very intense plum look using my handy-dandy coastal scents 88 warm palette. I used mainly the bottom right side of the palette for the intense colors. The thing about these colors is that in their pans they look brown, but when I swatched them I realized they were gorgeous plum colors.

What I did to get this look

1) Applied this color on the inner third of my eye.

2) I applied this color on the outer two-thirds of my eye.

3)I applied this color inside my crease and blended it a bit in the outer v. I used windshield wiper motions to blend it out a bit and make it a little more smoked out. I wasn't going for a cut crease guys. :-)

4) Since these three colors are basically matte finishes. I took this gold from the 5th column and 4th row down to place on the center of my lid for a bit of a shimmer effect and to brighten my eyes. Place it lightly as we only want to add a shimmery effect.

5) Highlight time. I took this color and just applied it as a brow highlight. It has a pinky undertone and really compliments the look. From the left it is: 6th column and the first one.

6) I applied this in between my crease and my highlight. So basically on the brow bone. This step is not necessary if you do not have lots of space between the eye and eyebrow. But thankfully I do, so it really makes the look so much prettier.

So that's all for the eyeshadow. Now on the lips I did a whole different step than usual. I wanted nude lips, but I don't actually own any nude lipsticks or glosses. I decided to be resourceful.

This is what I came up with. It is a pinky nude that is much lighter than my lips since my lips are pretty pigmented.
1) I applied a wet and wild concealer, that i hate for undereye), all over my lips to mute them out.
2) I appliad a little bit of Avon Glazewear Shine in Darling Pink and that's it.
Pretty pinky nudey lips :-)

So that's all the steps for this look. Hope you guys enjoyed it and tried it out. Thanks so much for watching. Love ya.

1920's Pinup Look

Playing around with makeup (no suprise here), I came up with this really pretty 1920's inspired pinup girl look. It's really simple and didn't take me too long at all. Also, if you're a subscriber on youtube and are interested in a tutorial just let me know.

Isn't that finished look so sexy and sultry. I have a feeling I am really going to be using this look a LOT.

Eyes:

-Covergirl Exact Eyelights Quad in 715 Majestic Hazels
-Avon Ultra Luxury Eyeliner in Black
-Wet N Wild Creme Eyeliner in Black
-Covergirl Lash Blast Volume in Black
-Studio 53 Eyelash Curler

For the eyeshadow I only applied the taupe color which is the second color all over my lid. Also, I applied a bit of the fourth color on my inner corner as a highlight. Next I lined my eyes as usual with black eyeliner pencil. The winged out liner I did with the angled brush, the Wet n Wild Liner comes with. I winged out from my top lash line and curved it out a bit in the wing.

Now for the lips:
Products I used:
-EOS lip balm in Summer Fruit
-Avon Glazewear Intense in Cherry Liqueur

For the lips, I kept it simple. Just put on my EOS lipbalm all over my lips. Then I put the Avon Glazewear intense all over my lips, blotted and put a second coat. In the picture it looks too pink, but it comes off very red and intense. Though it looks likes it has some blue undertones.

So that's my version of an updated 1920's pinup look.
