Healthy Changes

Just came back from the doctor today and apparently I am overweight. Right now, I weigh 138 pounds and I am 5 feet tall. It's not anything too unhealthy I just have to be careful with what I eat.I decided that I would like to weigh 125 pounds. I don't think that is too much of a difference to be unhealthy. My goal is to be at that weight in 6 months. So, 13 pounds in 6 months, not too bad right?

First few healthy changes:
  • NO MORE SODA! I know I drink too much of it and I don't want dentures anytime soon.
  • Water 15 minutes before each meal.
  • 30 minutes of exercise a day.

Later I will post a full body picture of how I look now.
